1 package spaghetti
1⁄2 cup lemon zest
1⁄4 cup olive oil
1 cup parsley, chopped
1⁄4 cup butter
1⁄2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1⁄2 cup fresh basil, chopped
Coarse salt and cracked black pepper
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. In a large bowl combine lemon zest, oil, parsley and butter. Place strained spaghetti into bowl and toss together. Top with Parmesan, feta cheese and basil. Season with salt and pepper to serve. Serves 4.
Tops well with chicken or Seafood.
